TruckLo Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the TruckLo Platform. This is a product-legal draft for the Provider’s counsel review and is not individual legal advice.
1. General provisions
- The Platform is operated by Trucklo Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Stanisława Barańczaka 1B lok. 4, 60-537 Poznań, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001234469, NIP: 7812108719, REGON: 544467509 (“Provider”).
- The Terms are available free of charge at /regulamin/ in PL, EN and FR. In case of conflict, the Polish version prevails.
- Polish law applies. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the Provider’s registered seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
2. Definitions
- Platform - TruckLo (catalogue, quiz, panel, content).
- Producer - a business with or creating a profile.
- Buyer - a business (or person acting for B2B) submitting a Lead.
- Lead - an enquiry with contact details and need parameters.
- Reveal - deliberate disclosure of Producer contact details on click.
- Account - Producer panel access after activation.
3. Nature of the service
- The Platform provides information intermediation: presenting Producers and forwarding Leads (B2B discovery + lead matching).
- Sales and other commercial contracts are concluded off-Platform between Buyer and Producer. The Provider is not a party and does not run checkout or payments on the Platform.
- The Provider does not guarantee transactions or the quality of a Producer’s off-Platform offer.
4. Conditions of use
- Users must be 18+ with legal capacity, acting for business purposes (B2B).
- Quiz option `buyer_types.private` is informational for matching; it does not turn the Platform into a consumer shop for off-Platform contracts.
- Forbidden: security bypass, large-scale scraping, spam, misrepresentation, illegal use.
5. Producer Account
- Typical path: waitlist → invite → onboarding → publish → panel activation.
- The Provider may refuse publish/activation if data are incomplete or violate these Terms.
- The Producer is responsible for login confidentiality.
6. Producer obligations
- Accurate listing (company data, location, media, descriptions).
- Rights to publish logos, photos and content.
- No spam toward Buyers; no unlawful mass data collection via the Platform.
- Timely Lead handling under section 8.
7. Buyer obligations
- True data in Leads and forms.
- Use Producer contacts only for the related business enquiry.
- No abuse (fake leads, automated contact harvesting).
8. Leads: creation, matching, SLA
- A Lead is created after the quiz (or equivalent) with contact details.
- The Platform may suggest matches; assignment may be made by Platform Admin.
- After assignment the Producer should contact the Buyer within 24 business hours (SLA), unless otherwise communicated.
- No response may result in requeue and assignment to another Producer.
- Notifications may be sent by e-mail and/or SMS (e.g. SMSAPI).
- Buyer data are disclosed to the assigned Producer to handle the enquiry - see Privacy Policy.
9. Contact reveal
- Producer contact details on public pages may be shown only after Reveal click.
- Bypassing Reveal, scraping contacts, or redistributing data outside lawful B2B contact is forbidden.
10. Content and IP
- Platform IP belongs to the Provider or licensors.
- The Producer grants the Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish logo, gallery and descriptions on the Platform for as long as content remains published.
- Users may not unlawfully copy Platform databases.
11. Fees
- In the MVP, core Platform features are free unless the Provider states otherwise.
- Paid plans may be introduced later; terms will be published before charges start.
12. Liability
- The Provider strives for proper operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific volume/quality of Leads.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for Producer offers, negotiations or off-Platform contracts.
- Where permitted, liability toward Producers for Platform service failures is limited to actual loss, excluding lost profits, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
13. Complaints and contact
Complaints: contact@trucklo.eu or the contact form. Response within 14 days unless law requires otherwise.
14. Suspension and removal
- The Provider may suspend or remove Account / Profile / content for Terms, law or security breaches.
- Producers may request Account deletion; data effects are described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Changes
The Provider may amend these Terms for legitimate reasons (law, features, security). The new version is published with an effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless law requires another form.
16. Final provisions
- If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
- Matters not covered are governed by Polish law and the Privacy and Cookie Policies.
